**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the expansion of various types of projects that comply with the voluntary emission reduction methodology, including energy companies, forestry companies, biomass utilization companies, soil carbon sequestration companies, etc, on environmental rights and interests.
- For specific customers, tap the development potential of customers' emission reduction projects, understand and guide customers' needs, and collect customer-related project information.
- Integrate internal and external resources of the company, formulate emission reduction development plans and conduct business exchanges, demonstrate development plans and team advantages, and guide customers to make decisions.
- Possess the ability to communicate with the client's senior management and department heads
- As a project manager, manage the whole life cycle of the project, coordinate internal and external departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of work experience, with more than 3 years in major customer sales and business development experience.
- Familiar with the international voluntary emission reduction trading market, understand various voluntary emission reduction standards including CDM, VCS, GS, GCC, etc., follow up and track the policy changes of each standard.
- Worked in a large international energy group, commodity trading company or carbon asset development company, have experience in environmental rights projects, and have worked in carbon asset management is preferred.
- Engaged in investment and construction of large-scale energy projects, sales of wind turbine photovoltaic modules, forestry project investment, and those with relevant enterprise and government resources are preferred
- Strong writing skills, able to form carbon asset development plans according to customer status and needs.
- Passionate about sales development, solutions from the perspective of customers, with passion and enterprising spirit, and team spirit
