**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Drive successful delivery of SAP Ariba projects by managing timelines, scope, risks, budget, and quality.
- Perform business requirement analysis and participate in solution design and testing.
- Support project planning, testing, deployment, training, and documentation activities.
- Define technological roadmaps and SAP-enabled solutions aligned to business needs.
- Lead procurement activities: drafting tender specs, evaluating vendors, and managing contracts.
- Coordinate with teams (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, SuccessFactors).
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.

**Maintenance & Support**
- Handle enhancements, bug fixes, service requests, and system troubleshooting.
- Review system artefacts to ensure compliance with quality, audit, and security standards.
- Conduct data and system logic analysis; revise as needed for process improvements.
- Respond to audit queries and ensure audit/security compliance.
- Collaborate with SAP AMS and non-SAP vendors to support procurement systems.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with:

- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
- At least 5 years in project management of large-scale IT projects, including full-cycle implementation.

**Technical & Functional Skills**

**Required**:

- SAP Ariba modules: Buying, Sourcing, Contract Management
- Solid understanding of Procurement and Finance business domains
- Experience managing and supporting non-SAP procurement systems
- Strong grasp of IT architecture, methodologies, and best practices

**Preferred / Good to Have**:

- SAP Ariba: Ariba Network, Discovery 2.0, Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP)
- SAP S/4HANA (MM Module - Purchasing and Invoicing)
- Experience in Higher Education industry
- Project & Communication Skills
- Strong business process and analytical skills.
- Able to translate business needs into IT solutions clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Team players with a positive attitude, fast learning ability, and strong organization skills.

**Certifications**

**Preferred**:

- PMP, SAP Activate certification
