**1. **Pastoral Team Member (Admin Support) - a Full-Time Staff**

**A. **Job Scope & Responsibilities**
- Working with the Supervising Pastor, senior PTM and Ministry volunteers, perform administrative duties to support the Ministry’s programmes and initiatives, including booking of venue, collation of attendance, setting up and standdown of venue, collating purchase proposals for PTM’s evaluation, receiving of purchases etc.
- Supporting of Ministries may include Worship & Music (including Sunday Services), Outreach, Youth, Young Adults and other Ministries that may be assigned in place of the above.
- Coordinate across assigned Ministries of the Church in respect of administrative functions of their programmes and initiatives.
- Assist in other church-wide activities as assigned by Supervisor.

**B. **Core Values & Attitudes Expected**
- Passionate for Church programmes and initiatives and their Kingdom impact.
- Will work on Sundays and beyond regular work hours and get a weekday/time off.
- Able and willing to work with staff and volunteers, including Supervising Pastor, Senior PTM and Ministry volunteers.
- Teachable and accountable team player.
- Have good administrative and communication skills.

**C. **Qualifications**
- Diploma/ Degree in Theology/ Divinity or background from TCA College/ Singapore Bible College/ Trinity Theological College. Other educational qualifications may be considered.
- Experience in Christian Administrative roles preferred.
