**Responsibilities**:

- To involve in the planning and design of electrical engineering works for building services.
- To supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works.
- Oversee supervision team (REs/RTOs) for site installations.
- Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
- Achieve effective, economic and safe operations of all Electrical Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians.
- Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.
- Conduct regular inspection of existing Electrical installation to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
- Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot/ find solutions when technical and project conflicts arises
- Manage electrical sub-contractors

**Job Requirements**:

- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- **Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) will be priority considered**
- Conversant with local codes and regulations as well as authority submission procedures.
- Knowledge in CAD (Autocad) and Engineering Design software is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in Facility Building Maintenance services, ACMV equipment/chillers
- Knowledge in BMS or M&E infrastructure will be an advantage
