As an Early Years Educator, your role is to guide and respond to the diverse needs of young children (0-3 years) through developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes. You have the opportunity to create secure and quality learning environments for these children, and model respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them and their families.
