Perform new worker check in / out and update of MOM register address;
- Provide daily update of resident movements (site deployment, home leave, etc);
- Attend to and fulfil resident queries or requests including welfare;
- Schedule cleaner work schedule for premises, dormitory & office cleaning;
- Manage dormitory housekeeping;
- Ensure dormitory facilities in good working conditions;
- Ensure fire safety in dormitory;
- Attend to emergencies. eg, medical cases, dispute and fighting, etc;
- Supervise dormitory laundry services;
- Conduct daily room checking for room tidiness;
- Manage outsourced premises security officer and incident reporting;
- Manage worker food ordering and VS Catering invoicing;
- Schedule and manage in-house Pest Control (Oiling, Misting, Bed bug control);
- Manage sick bay operation;
- Raise requisition for daily cleaning items;
- Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:

- Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;
- Report unsafe acts and incidents;
- Do not tamper with safety devices or perform willful or reckless act; and
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deems fit.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good dormitory and people management skills, especially dealing with foreign workers; and
- Experienced in dealing with the authorities (such as MOM, SCDF and others).
