Yogibo is a magic sofa that molds around the ideal position of the person sitting on it. We believe that customers can only feel the Yogibo excitement by actually trying it out so we provide an interactive service for our customers.

【Job Summary】

This role contributes to Yogibo success by leading a team of store members to create the Yogibo Experience for our guests. The store manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. Most of the time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.

【Core Responsibilities Of The Job】
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to team members.
- Ensure store compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members in the district by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complains, grievances etc.)
- Additional store manager duties as needed.

- Customer-oriented and good team player.
- Good communication and leadership skills; being the “calming presence” in all situations.
- Ability to work flexible full-time hours. (Work schedule is a combination of days and nights with strong store presence on weekends and holidays)
- Results-oriented with strong understanding of day to day in store operations.
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
- Those who can serve customers cheerfully with a bright smile are welcome.

【Working hours and days】

10:00 - 22:00 (Store hours)

8 hours/day (1hour lunch time), 5-6 days a week, shift system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,800.00 per month
