Retail Supervisor

**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, footfall, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve them
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, with effective merchandising and display techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to align strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights to management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the parenting and baby products industry is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
