- Position Overview- Autodesk Construction Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Analytics & Reporting team with in the Sales Operations organization. The Analytics & Reporting team supports our 1,500-person organization with a core focus on developing and standardizing the organization’s data quality and reporting framework inside the ACS Salesforce instance, building actionable reporting in Power BI, and performing ad-hoc sales metric reporting and planning.- This role will be focused on identifying improvements and working to automate our current data and reporting processes with a focus on scalable solutions and improving data integrity.**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to fiscal year planning including territory assignment, account and opportunity management, and quota setting.
- Partner with the APAC sales leaders to drive strategic reporting & business initiatives
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams on critical projects and initiatives to enhance and improve data quality and automation of CRM data between multiple CRMs and other systems.
- Automate reporting to minimize time spent compiling and maximize time spent analyzing
- Assist other areas of sales operations by providing support for commission calculations, pricing and contract analyses, FX analyses, etc.
- Support sales leadership with data requests for executive level reporting, QBRs, etc.
- Field ad hoc analytics and data requests from sales and customer success teams.
Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS in Business or Economics, MBA is a plus
- 3+ years progressive experience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment in Sales Operations or FP&A
- Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-product sales is highly preferred
- Experience problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
- Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
- Strength in identifying data patterns that need improvement with processes
- Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing key metrics for success
Preferred Qualifications-
- Creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, solution and automate business and data processes
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects with an understanding of impact to organization, think through best recommendations and solutions, and perform with a high level of detail
