**Global Quality Program Manager**:
**Do you want to be an agent of change?**

**In your role as a Program Manager (PM) within the Global Quality (GQ) Department, you will collaborate with the leadership team to oversee various projects and programs. This includes managing communication and implementing change. Your responsibilities encompass the management of multiple intricate projects with the aim of achieving the department’s objectives and goals. This also involves ensuring that resources are allocated in a balanced manner. You will be tasked with ensuring that programs are accurately designed and tracked to forecast results and outcomes. Additionally, you will analyze the progress of programs in terms of root causes, risks, resources, interdependencies, and gaps.**

**Your key responsibilities include (and not limited to)**
- ** Leading or assisting in cross-functional programs and projects, collaborating closely with supervisor, SME, functional managers within GQ and partner organizations within Micron and ensuring they progress in line with GQ’s strategic objectives.**
- ** Supporting revenue risk management and other assigned PMO activities.**
- ** Provide meaningful and timely progress updates to key stakeholders including supervisor, leadership teams, and project teams.**
- ** Building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and consistently meeting their needs and expectations by delivering value.**

**Education**:

- ** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering. (required)**
- ** Business Administration/Management, PMP certified. (desired)**

**Location**:

- **M1/P4+**

**Skills and Experience**:
**We are looking for hardworking, highly motivated team member with**
- ** Over 6 years of relevant experience in the role of a Program Manager. Having a growth mindset and possessing project management skills are essential for this role.**
- ** Professional experience in the Semiconductor Industry, specifically in Fab, Assembly and Test processes or with NAND, DRAM, SSD or Module products.**
- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective oral and written communication abilities.**
- ** Hands-on experience with Tableau or other software for data reporting, management, and visualization.**
