Hiring of personal assistant for property agent

(Part time / full time ) urgent position

Job details:

- Salary $10 per hour (part time)
- Salary $3500 (Full Time)

Leads will be provided to call prospects
- Contact clients to fix appointment for Property Agent
- Ensure information accuracy when setting up appointment schedule and location and Ad hoc administrative duties
- Advertise in the Internet website and make call

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- loves to communicate with people on the telephone
- communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- basic Microsoft office skills
- working hours: 9am to 6pm (Time can be flexible too)
- no minimum qualifications
- good deal of common sense
- good organisation and communication skills
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
- Easy and simple job with training provided
- cosy and nice environment to work with
- full timers and part timers are welcome
- with experience and no experience welcome too
