**Details of the Division and Team**:
FX Prime Brokerage is a key part of the Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) PB and Clearing group and offers clients the opportunity to trade and process their foreign exchange and foreign exchange options transactions in the name of Deutsche Bank. In addition to that, we provide a centralized clearing facility, credit arrangements, settlement, position and trade reporting to our clients. The FX Prime Brokerage Client Service team provides dedicated support to our global clients round the clock and act as the first point of contact for the clients on a day to day basis and act in many ways as an extension of our bank into the clients operations function. Currently we have operational presence in London, New York, Singapore, Jacksonville, Manila and Bangalore.

The FXPB Client Service team plays a key role in the delivery to clients, particularly in the Client offering objectives of strengthening key client relationships. We build strong and close relationships with clients in accordance to business segmentation, understanding clients’ operating model and priorities. In recognition of business where operational platform forms significant part of the offering, Client Platform and Clearing services is formed to help drive better process, solution and business partner alignment.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Responsible for being the first point of contact for our external clients from inception to account closure. The purpose of the client services function is to enhance the client’s experience with Deutsche Bank through supporting any queries, building a strong relationship with our clients and broadcasting client related information to the bank’s various departments.

The main responsibilities of the role:
a) Client Relationship Management
- Managing phone/group inboxes and ensuring client queries are attended to timely
- Conducting system walkthroughs for clients

b) Control
- Ensure that all reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions are being attended to promptly
- Ensure team members globally are providing the appropriate service level to client as well as follow the proper control guideline

c) Trade event management
- Trade Capture (exotic options), unwinds, novations and NPV
- Provide support to NY/Ldn clients trading during Asia time zone
- Work closely with client, counterparty bank and offshore team to ensure mismatches on trade give-ups are rectified

d) Billing
- Follow up closely with client to ensure fees are being paid in a timely manner.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Capacity to take full ownership of a client’s requests while displaying a mature and confident approach with clients will be paramount to the success of the applicant.
- A strong understanding of the FX products is required paired with a good knowledge on the Prime Brokerage business would be an advantage.
- Strong desktop PC skills incl. a good knowledge of Microsoft package
- Strong project and data management skills
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent team player with communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong organizational/project management skills; ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results driven approach to ensure completion of all tasks and ultimately improvement of our clients’ DB experience
- Needs to be able to articulate an understanding of FX products and the front to back process flows of relevant products
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to manage individual clients’ expectations
- Global Effectiveness & ability to think laterally
- Needs to know Deutsche Bank’s control framework, including street and house reconciliations, control meetings
- Openness to Innovation and Change
