**Roles & Responsibility **_工作内容_**
- Responsible for translate or modify existing Finance Software for in-house usage, not limit to technical design, and system configuration of company Finance Software that include Purchasing, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets, as well as the configuration and integration of the Finance Software's Expenses and Invoice modules.

- Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts; US GAAP / IFRS principles; Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, etc. processes
- 深入了解会计/财务概念、美国通用会计原则/国际财务报告准则、报告至报告、采购至付款等流程。_
- Maintain the technical documentation related to the Finance Software functions and related modules.

- Develop a self-service approach - i.e., up-to-date documentation and turn-key replies

- Knowledge of accounting principles and analysis of system data to identify and resolve problem areas

- Work with the business area to suggest process changes to enhance continual improvements to the the Financial Software

- Source, manage and regularly evaluate best-in-class Financial Software partners and other relevant suppliers

- Facilitate effective change management and training activities by our Finance Systems team, both for one-time launches as well as for ongoing best practice socialization.

- Work with our Internal Audit team to support SOX and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence of our Finance Systems stack and processes with internal / external compliance standards.

**Requirements **_工作要求_**
- 3+ years relevant consulting or industry experience, including 2+ years direct Financial Software company experience

- Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts

- Able to customize own in-house usage of Finance Software is a Big Plus
