**What you will do**:
The Pricing Intern will play a vital part in analysing diverse data and working on processes to enhance our understanding of market competitiveness, pricing review and process optimization. Key attributes and learnings for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Cultivating positive working relationships and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to align on pricing objectives and business strategies.
- Adapting to changes in the business/organizational landscape and proactively contributing to projects and initiatives.
- Learning Value Delivery, Analytical Skills as well as Problem Solving Skills
- Gaining knowledge in building management solutions and/or pricing mechanisms.

**How you will do it**:

- Analyse macroeconomic, industry, and company financial data, as well as transactional, deal, and pricing data to gain insights into market competitiveness and Johnson Controls' leadership positioning.
- Conduct research and analysis to enhance understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer willingness to pay.
- Collaborate with the APAC Pricing team to establish standardized work procedures and provide support in pricing analysis.
- Work closely with Finance and Sales teams across different countries in APAC to gather relevant information, assess current pricing processes, and identify areas for improvement in future pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on pricing analysis, market trends, and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Work in diverse projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to industry-specific pricing mechanisms
- Any ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Pricing team.

**What we look for**:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and analytics software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerBI) for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
