Join our team as part of a dynamic, global team of 40. This job role is focused on merchandising the makeup counter in Watsons Stores. There will be up to 40 stores per merchandiser.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Highly detail-oriented and team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Regularly coordinate with retail customers, department managers, supervisors, staff, and salespeople to manage stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising displays in retail stores, ensuring effective stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Skilled in communication and collaboration with the sales team, retail administration, and supermarket management to promptly address and resolve any daily operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or equivalent.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Ability to think quickly and handle situations creatively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.
- Commercially savvy with a strong sense of responsibility in representing the company's reputation.
- 5 day work week (44 hour work week)

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,700.00 per month
