**Regional Digital and eCommerce Marketing Manager**
The Regional Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager is responsible to drive paid, earned and owned media performance across Southeast Asia and India by developing winning digital campaigns in close collaboration with global digital teams & local markets.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As our Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager, you are responsible for Digital Media, Social Media & Commerce, Advocacy & IM, Digital Content Creation.
You are a core member of the regional eCommerce & CRM team which mission is to grow COTY Southeast Asia & India digital & eCommerce ecosystem. You have a deep understanding of social & digital media platforms and trends in SEA and will be responsible for developing and executing consumer centric strategies & content that engage our brands target audience to drive brands share of voice with a performance-led mindset.
Market includes: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Distributor markets (India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.)
Division includes: Luxury & Consumer Beauty consists of fragrances, skincare, makeup, nail care and body care
**Your main focus**:
- **Digital media**: Develop and implement paid media strategies across diverse online advertising channels such as Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc. Collaborate closely with media agencies, country teams & global digital media team to ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with business goals & brands guidelines. Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and offer insights for enhancing ROI. Persistently conduct testing and experimentation involving various ad formats, targeting choices, and creative tactics.
- **Social media**:Develop and execute best in class social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LINE. Build social calendar & content plan, monitor & optimize performance in close collaboration with country teams, global teams & agencies to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various channels. Drive new initiatives with up-to-date knowledge on the latest social media trends, monitor competitor activities and industry developments in SEA markets. Analyse and report on social media metrics, tracking KPIs and leveraging insights to improve strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Social commerce**: Build social commerce capability & drive performance by defining the strategic model, traffic acquisition & content in close collaboration with country teams and 3rd party partners. Develop best practices and strategies on leveraging social livestreaming to drive awareness and conversion opportunities. Improve following rates and drive fan-base conversion from social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Line. Build the capability of Livestreaming & KOL sales, upskill Beauty Advisors to become strong brand advocates and ensure excellent brand image.
- **Advocacy & IM**:Develop & implement the advocacy and influence strategy, provide social listening insights & guidance on identifying, recruiting & sustaining influencers, ensuring alignment with brands requirements and campaigns objectives. Partner with local marketing teams to drive best practices of leveraging influencers as part of the social content ecosystem. Effective tracking of ROAS & KPIs to improve Earned Media across brands.
- **Digital content**: Develop regional toolkits to the markets for on time implementation, monitor & optimize content performance, work closely with the Ecommerce Content producer. Ensure high score on content by guiding country teams to operate and manage digital shelf on all ecommerce channels.

You will manage 1 direct report consisting of a Digital and eCommerce Marketing executive and you will work closely together with several departments such as Global Brand and Digital teams and Local Marketing teams. You like to make a difference. As an experienced Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will share and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in digital & social media marketing with a track record of success in driving awareness, traffic & revenue growth preferably in a multi-brand matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
