You will be part of an extremely dynamic and highly experienced team, working on an established real estate private funds, based in Singapore.

Our client is hiring an Associate to undertake asset management and portfolio management of the private fund covering key gateway cities including China.

**Responsibilities**:
**Asset Management**
- Assist in overseeing performance of assets by analysing asset performance versus market benchmarks, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximise net operating income from assets
- Assist in the preparation and review of comprehensive annual property business plans and budgets for the respective assets
- Assist in the execution of annual property business plans in areas such as leasing, dispositions, dealing with asset or property related matters where required
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver asset performance targets
- Help prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual portfolio reports. This covers financial performance, leasing/sales status etc

**Portfolio Management**
- Portfolio monitoring of existing investments and perform regular reporting functions including understanding of annual business plans for assets under management as well as monthly asset management reports to investors

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant working experience in a related industry
- Strong financial modelling, research, quantitative and analytical skills
- Fluency in oral and written English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with senior management, internal stakeholders as well as external parties
- Keen attention to detail and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, a good team player and a flexible mindset adaptable to change
