**Responsibilities**:

- Perform order fulfilment of APAC customers and shipping duties such as coordinating with factories, forwarders and customers
- Ensure all necessary shipping and customs documents are accurate and provided on time
- Obtain freight rates and perform rate negotiation for competitive pricing when necessary
- Perform and ensure accurate invoicing, PO, credit note as well as in-house system transactions
- Provide alternative shipping solutions and improve delivery performance
- Perform general administrative duties, e.g. tax invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims

**Competencies**:

- Diploma/Nitec holder in any field. Academic qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is a benefit
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international shipping administration
- Experienced in arranging international sea freight including all related documents
- Excellent customer service attitude, organization and time management skills
- Good communicator, team player, responsible and self-motivated person
