
Finance / Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of seven
- Prepare management reports, annual tax computation
- Oversee preparation of monthly financial accounts, AR, AP, GST submissions, etc
- Oversee HR functions including payroll and CPF/IR8A submission
- Be involved in digital transformation projects and lead the streamlining of Finance processes
- Liaise with vendors (e.g, bankers, auditors, govt agencies, CAG/SAAA, insurers, recruitment agencies, etc) for finance, HR and other admin/corporate matters
- Assist with ISO 9001 Quality Management (training provided)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Accounting / Finance or ACCA or equivalent
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, ‘can do’ hands-on attitude
- Willingness to read up on accounting/govt regulations and policies
- Knowledge in logistics industry would be a plus
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
