**DC Risk and Process Governance
**Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Data Center Service Operations. Conduct regular reviews of Data Center existing standards, procedures, and control. Ensure DC Operations processes aligned to Data Center framework, policies, and standards
- Support auditing process, lead audit cycle activities and ensure correct response are in place and adherence to compliance standards.
- Manage and support annual Facility Risk Assessment for Data Centers, Network Hubs, Technology and DMA rooms.
- Assess current workflow to identify area of improvement. Develop process automation to drive efficiencies and streamline internal processes.
- Maintain effective working relationship with key stakeholders across the company including Security, Network, Facility and Operations Partner.

**Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in Data Center sector and/or governance within Banking and Finance
- Excellent skills in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience in supporting audit requirements
- Experience in establishing process runbook and process map
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Possess basic programming skills (e.g., VBA, Java, Python, MySQL)
