**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with copper buyers and sellers, acting as a key point of contact.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships for copper trading transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team specialized in copper trading.
Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide feedback and coaching to achieve targets.
Foster a positive team culture to encourage collaboration and innovation in copper trading strategies.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies for copper trading, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies for copper trading.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting copper trading activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on copper trading
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies for commodity trading businesses.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
