**Customer Success Implementation Senior Executive**
At EDITE, we are a rapidly growing EduTech company that focuses on timetabling and resource management for the Education sector that includes Institutes of Higher Learning and general education.
We are building a passionate team of driven, focused people to help our clients to optimize their valuable resources. With a leading cloud-based Timetabling and Resource Management Platform that is the current European market leader, we are looking to expand rapidly into SE Asia with great growth potential.
We are growing our implementation capabilities to help with new customer onboarding and implementation of systems; including integrations.
As an implementation expert, you will introduce our systems into the customer environment that will include facilitating the use of the new system, migration and training.
You’ll be empowered to put customers first on a daily basis. To us, customer success doesn’t mean customer support or account management. Customers success is when help them reach their desired outcomes and more. We’re looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond to learn what that means for each individual customer and ensure that it happens.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide IT implementation management services that would include:
- Setup of system according to customer requirements
- Migration of data where required
- Integration into other systems where required
- Setup of the necessary data fields for the customer
- Training
- Conduct the required User Acceptance Tests.
- Ensure system is commissioned according to schedule.
- Providing demo support to the sales teams that includes Proof of Concept where applicable.
- Working with sales to do initial customer discovery process on their current systems and deployment.
- Coming up with technical recommendations pre-sales to ensure that the customer is convinced that the proposed solution can work.
- Work together with the team to write the necessary tender specifications where required.
- Be a key member of the project team to ensure that the project is on schedule.
- Collaborate with other Success team members and teams at large (Sales, Support, Partnerships, Marketing, Product) to deploy resources for customers and gather information for company insight as needed.
- Further improve on documentation for training and customers.
- Providing 1/2 level customer support.
**You'll be a great fit if**:
- You have at least two years of experience with B2B SaaS in a customer success or implementations role.
- You are passionate about technology and are extremely well-informed in the SaaS product ecosystem, particularly products in the education sector.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are someone with high emotional intelligence, having the ability to understand and empathize with the needs of others. You have a friendly, but strong demeanor.
- You are empathetic and have a genuine desire to help other people.
**Our Benefits**
**nearly 100% remote** - We encourage learning and collaborating using remote work practices. This won't change post-COVID as we are committed to being 100% remote for the long-term. We work in Slack, Zoom, and a collection of modern collaboration tools. Where situations require, we might need to do the occasional customer site visit.
Company Bonus (after 1 year)
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
