We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Assistant to join our Team based in Singapore.

The Logistics Assistant role will report directly to the Logistics Team Lead and will be responsible for assisting to complete tasks related to the APAC supply chain and warehouse operations / requirements.

**Principal Accountabilities**

Goods Inwards
- To assist in conducting in-coming Hire contract items with physical goods receiving / inspection check according to Hire Contract Delivery Note
- Ensure prompt reporting to superior if any damage or missing item during inspection check
- To ensure import shipping documentation are accurate against AWB, Inward Permit and commercial invoice prior goods received unchecked stamp and signature
- To ensure all purchase order item, return after calibration / repair are received against system and pass on item to individual personnel
- To assist in carrying out local collection duties when required

Goods Out
- To assist in accurately pick items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements
- To ensure cargo is packed according to client requirements for palletizing requirement
- To ensure all outgoing shipment individual packages are stick with shipping pocket with commercial invoice for identification for smooth transit shipping
- To adequately package all orders for safe local delivery for both local and overseas shipment
- To carry out local delivery as and when order is ready for delivery to client / supplier

Warehouse
- Greet and assist customers while receiving or returning equipment rental
- To organize and maintain appropriate levels of inventory
- To ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to Logistics Team Lead
- Manage and handle loading and unloading with forklift
- Store terminated equipment in awaiting inspection area and tag with blue status label
- Ensuring that loads are safely moved within warehouse and when loaded onto vehicle

**Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Skills**
- Class 3 Driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
- Physically Fit
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate competing demands in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Forklift Licence, (preferable but not essential)
- Previous logistics experience, (preferable but not essential)

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

- Forklift licence? (preferred)
