Job Summary:
The Interior Project Executive is responsible to oversee the renovation by providing on-site management, strategic plan, monitoring, and adapting as needed. He needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and customer

**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a systematic & meticulous Interior Project team to join us.
- Prepare project timeline chart & arrange all work schedule with all contractors.
- Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the timeline
- Responsible for initiating corrective actions & providing solutions to solve the site’s technical issues.
- Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
- Update your commercial project progress to designers weekly.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of project coordination and management is preferred
- Basic software skills like AutoCAD/ Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communicator with an eye for detail, systematic and good time management a HUGE bonus
- Teamwork, motivation, and self-empowerment
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
