**THE WORK**:
Ripple is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and versatile Trading and Markets Sr Analyst/Manager for our London/Singapore office. This role is pivotal for a proactive, innovative individual who excels in an outcome-driven environment. Your primary focus will be on a broad range of digital assets and FX markets, with trading and trading technology as your core areas of responsibility.

We're looking for an inquisitive and adaptable professional who is looking for a high-impact role with a rapidly growing company at the intersection of finance and technology.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of trading strategies across a wide range of digital assets and FX markets.
- Support trading operations and technology initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimization.
- Engage in market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in digital assets and FX trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement trading technologies and platforms.
- Assist in managing relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, and other key market participants.
- Provide insights and analysis to enhance trading strategies and market understanding.
- Participate in the creation and optimization of risk management tools and methodologies.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in trading, finance, or related fields, with a focus on digital assets and FX.
- Strong proficiency in Python/NumPy/Pandas or similar technology stacks is a must. Solid SDLC practice would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic trading in digital assets and/or FX markets.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for fintech, markets, and technological innovation in trading.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Strategy consulting experience will be considered favorably
