Our client is a reputable life insurance company with a dedicated focus on serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients. They provide sophisticated life insurance solutions that support legacy planning, wealth protection, and estate structuring for affluent individuals and families. They are now seeking a **New Business Manager**and this person will be responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of HNW life insurance new business processing. This includes ensuring the seamless coordination of underwriting, compliance, and operational workflows to deliver an exceptional client and adviser experience. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of HNW life insurance and excellent stakeholder management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end new business onboarding process for HNW life insurance cases
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, advisers, underwriting, compliance, and operations
- Track and coordinate the underwriting process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding requirements
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and expedite policy issuance
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards
- Maintain detailed records of cases and provide regular status updates to management and distribution partnersContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in life insurance operations or new business processing, preferably in the HNW or private wealth segment
- Solid knowledge of life insurance products, including universal life, whole life, and investment-linked policies
- Familiarity with HNW onboarding requirements, medical and financial underwriting, and trust structures
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-value cases concurrently
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partnersExperience working with CRM and insurance admin platforms
