**Your Role: Business Growth Specialist**
As a Business Growth Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving our business forward. We're seeking an individual with a strategic mindset, strong market knowledge, and a passion for making an impact. If you're ready to take on the challenge of expanding our reach and elevating our brand, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute local and regional commercial and business development strategies.
- Identify, secure, and manage key strategic events, partnerships, and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Ensure pricing models in all markets are profitable. Review cost structures to enhance profitability.
- Drive sales revenue and volume by creating and executing comprehensive business plans.
- Source, appoint, and manage distributors to improve key metrics and expand market reach.
- Establish relevant business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track company performance effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance company and product awareness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to serve as the go-to technical contact for customers and partners.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the alcohol industry,
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market landscape.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
