- Assist the Restaurant manager in training and supervising front of house staff members.
- Handle Opening and Closing procedures.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Supervise and maintain quality control for all food served.
- Provide recommendations and upsell to maximise profitability.
- Handle cash register, POS and Credit card terminals.
- Coordinate reservations and deliveries.
- Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping.
- Manage inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management.
- At least 2 year of supervisory experience in F&B or equivalent.
- Strong passion for Customer Service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature and decisive with good business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
