Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities will also include assisting in operations support in FAB clean rooms to ensure all rounded supports are provided.

This position is based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Looking for a reliable, agile, and professional individual.
- Able to understand, look ahead, plans the production schedules etc, and provide day to day supports in materials / spare parts procurement, inventory and logistics management to ensure smooth Fab operations.
- Initiate, lead and provide day to day supports in all logistics needs and initiate material/spare parts procurements when required to ensure smooth Fab operations.
- Follow through all the orders initiated from the start of purchase till delivery. Ensure the orders are delivered are on time.
- Accountable for the inventories required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.
- Work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.
- Employ critical thinking and put-up good initiatives to move forward towards systematic inventory digitalization.
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

**Experience**:

- Education: Diploma/Degree in engineering or supply chain discipline.
- Process strong customer service mind-set with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably some knowledge of supply chain analytics, experiences in semiconductor / manufacturing environment, with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.
- Fresh graduate can be considered as well.
