**Your new role**
As part of the Management Reporting and Advice team, you will support the regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reporting processes, provide financial analytical support and work closely with various stakeholders across the in-scope functions (Financial Markets and Treasury). You are strongly result-oriented and have sound knowledge and experience in the Financial sector. You are detailed orientated yet capable of approaching issues from both analytical and strategic perspective. You are independent, like to work on multiple tasks and can pro-actively manage multiple stakeholders.
- MA Reporting for Financial Markets: You will prepare monthly reconciliation between the systems and product control data, which is a critical control in Management Reporting
- Performance management: You will support reporting on the financial performance of the in-scope functions. In addition, prepare monthly analysis and Actual financial decks for senior management for APAC for the in-scope functions.
- Strategic projects: Where required, you will actively participate on Finance innovation projects with the goal to standardize and streamline processes, and improve the quality of management information distributed across Asia.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience working in teams, with strong knowledge of FP&A processes;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel. Excel Macro, PowerBI and Python working knowledge would be advantageous
