Fujimori Kajita is a fine jewellery brand from Tokyo, specialising in handcrafted accessories designed using the finest gemstones and precious metals with unrivalled craftsmanship unique to Japanese artisans. We are currently looking for a Full-time Junior Designer to join our team in Singapore.

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Designer at our prestigious fine jewellery company, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on both the creative design process and the retail operations, and contribute to the overall success of our brand. This unique position provides an excellent opportunity to blend artistic expression with customer interaction, providing a comprehensive experience in the world of fine jewellery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our fine jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Assist in daily retail operations, including customer interactions, inventory management, and sales support.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and assisting clients in their jewellery selections.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that jewellery displays are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's image.
- Engage with clients, offering insights into the design process and providing information about our jewellery collections.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance the retail experience and inform future design iterations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor retail strategies and product displays.
- Contribute to trend analysis and share insights with both the design and retail teams.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your design skills and knowledge of this jewellery industry.
- Seek feedback from senior team members to continuously improve your design capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma in design or a related field.
- Strong passion for jewellery design and the luxury retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
