**Responsibilities**

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control
