**Job Title: Senior Retail Manager - Gold, Diamond Jewellery Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full retail operations at our airport location
- Lead a multicultural sales team with advanced training modules
- Drive sales for ethnic Indian bridal, antique, and temple jewellery collections
- Create custom designs based on individual cultural specifications
- Independently appraise high-value diamonds and precious gemstones
- Perform micro-level jewellery repairs using specialised tools
- Develop supplier partnerships across different countries.
- Design and launch seasonal jewellery lines in coordination with craftsmen
- Provide gemstone certification and quality verification to customers
- Manage digital CRM tools and advanced point-of-sale analytics

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a Minimum **Master’s degree**in **Business Studies**:

- At least 5 years of experience in high-end Indian jewellery retail, ideally in airport or high-traffic tourist locations.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is preferred and will be considered as an advantage.
- Good knowledge in **Diamond Grading and Gem Identification (GIA or IGI)**:

- Must have experience appraising gold and Diamond jewellery.
- Must have led a team of **10 or more staff**in a luxury environment
- Must be able to work in **night shifts and public holidays regularly**:

- **Able to work long hours and ready to support the sales team whenever shortage of staff.
