As the nurse manager, you will be leading the daily clinical operations and service of the specialist O&G clinic to ensure smooth and efficient patient care delivery.

**Job Description - this post involves a few roles**:
1. **Nurse**: When needed chaperone the doctor during consults, teach IVF injections and arrange for IVF procedures and surgery and assist in Operating Theatre.

2. **Cashier and overall Finance-in-charge**
- Oversee and participate in frontline clinic operations including reception, financial counselling, clinic assistant, nursing and ad-hoc administrative duties as determined by management
- Work with the accountants to ensure that the daily money inflow is correct.
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding claims. Ensure smooth insurance claiming processes, abiltity to liaise with patient and insurance personnel
- Keep track and issue payments to vendors.
- Work closely with doctors, finance, marketing and management to execute productivity, increase strategies, optimize clinical, staff and procedural value
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery within cost containment, with regular cost analysis and competitor analysis

3. **Human Resource**:

- Help in training staff, keeping track of their performance, overtime and annual leave.
4. **Pharmacist**:

- Dispense medications.

5. **Purchaser / Inventory-in-charge.** Ensure adequate stocks for all the medications and medical consumables at all times.

6. **Staff management**
- Oversee, plan and supervise staff duties/roster
- Recruit, orientate and train clinic staff, with appropriate performance evaluation
- internal and external communications of both staff and patients, patient handling, resolve challenges and conflicts from staff, patients, visitors in timely and conducive manner.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations, efficiency and compliance with organizational policies/ procedures/ workflows and external regulations

7. **Admin duties.** Maintenance of SOPs, clinic-related licenses, medical/IT equipment supplies and servicing with proper record-keeping. Maintenance of patient records including procedures performed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration
- Meticulous, go-getter and out-going, pleasant personality - good leadership skills are a must - should have ability to lead the team.
- Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
- Possess ability to work well independently
- Possess good problem solving skills with ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in clinic
- Fluent in English

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
