Job Description:

- Responsibilities:

- Basic restaurant housekeeping chores.
- Taking orders from customers and serving dishes to tables.
- Perform basic waitering duties such as setting customer tables, preparing drink orders, cleaning and polishing cutlery and dishes.
- Coordinate with hall and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims.
- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during schedule shifts.
- Perform basic waitering duties such as setting customer tables, preparing drink orders, cleaning and polishing cutlery and dishes.
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned (Maintain cleanliness).
- Minimum Qualifications:

- At least a Diploma. Preferably in Administration/Management, hospitality or equivalent.
- Preferably someone with working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
