**Job Description & Requirements**:
As an **Admin cum Accounts Executive**, you will handle administrative tasks and assist in managing accounts. This hybrid role requires someone who is proactive, skilled in multitasking, and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other accounting duties.
- Maintain clients and vendors records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process financial documents as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees.
- Handle office management tasks, including supplies and maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years in an administrative or accounting role.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
