Job Summary:
*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Scheduling and Coordination*:

- Manage the band's performance schedule, including booking gigs, rehearsals, and other events.
- Coordinate with venues, promoters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

2. *Financial Management*:

- Oversee the band's finances, including budgeting, accounting, and invoicing.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with clients and promoters.

3. *Marketing and Promotion*:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the band's brand and music.

4. *Communication and Liaison*:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the band, responding to inquiries, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals, including promoters, agents, and other musicians.

5. *Logistics and Operations*:

- Arrange travel and accommodation for band members and crew.
- Coordinate equipment transportation, setup, and maintenance.

6. *Merchandise and Sales*:

- Manage the band's merchandise, including design, production, and sales.
- Oversee online sales platforms and in-person sales at events.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience*: 2+ years of experience in the music industry, preferably as a band manager or in a related role.

2. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Arts Administration, or a related field.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. *Knowledge*:

- Familiarity with the music industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Understanding of contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial management.
