**Title**

Revolutionizing Capacity Planning with Interactive Analytics and Automation

**Description**

In this internship, the intern will get to learn the dynamism of semiconductor industry and the importance of agility in strategic planning to meet the ever-changing demands. As the role of an automation engineer, the intern will be given the chance to define and implement automation strategies that drive an increase in efficiency and reduction in costs.

**Scope**
- Good grasp of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operations
- Deep understanding of strategic capacity planning strategies and sophisticated modelling
- Developing and implementing innovative digital solutions that leverage on automation and data analytics.
- Hands-on programming experience (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Power Automate)

**Deliverables**

To craft and implement an interactive and analytical dashboard that enables team members to easily perform analysis and uncover key business insights

**Requirement**:

- Major/Master or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering and Management is preferred
- Basic understanding in programming is preferred
- Ability to take on problems and address root causes
- Possess good teamwork skills and strong communication capability
- Ability to be self-motivated and work optimally with mínimal direction
- Able to collaborate freely and communicate openly and clearly with co-workers
