Singapore APTUS SURGERY CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-surgery vital check on patient before surgery procedure
- Ensure all necessary documentation are being obtained and accurate including consent form
- Carry out duties and procedures assigned by the staff nurse
- Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the patients and report problems to the staff nurse
- Identify and report patients’ needs to the staff nurse
- Assist the staff nurse in the serving of medicine and ensure that the patients have consume the medication
- Assist to serve meals and drinks to patients
- Maintain the fluid and nutritional needs of the patients
- Assist the staff nurse in the nursing procedures and treatments such as wound dressing
- Assist doctors and staff nurses in simple procedures/treatments under supervision
- Provide support with clinical duties
- Communicate with patients, relatives and carers

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Nursing qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in day surgery centre
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work as a good team player
- Willing to work rotating shift hours and on Saturdays
