**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including documentation and validation of business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Create detailed requirement documents, such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist with user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems or tools.
- Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on the project.
- Support project managers in planning, tracking progress, and managing risks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of information technology concepts.
- Familiarity with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- In-depth domain knowledge relevant to the industry or organization.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new business domains and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Project management certification is an added advantage (e.g., PMP, CBAP).

**Experience Level**:
Junior level (1-3 years of experience): up to SGD 4,500
Mid-level (4-6 years of experience): up to SGD 6,500
Senior Level (7+ years of experience): up to SGD 8,500

**Salary**: Up to $8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
