**What the role is**
- You will support MOH’s Healthier SG Task Group (HSTG) in the running of national Primary Care schemes and in developing the sector’s capabilities so that Singaporeans have greater accessibility to affordable primary care. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- Execution of procedures to ensure that compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting non-compliance with applicable guidance and regulations.
- Establish sustainable GP engagement journey Eg - Direct engagement, townhall sessions, online marketing and publications.
- Assist to develop an audit framework to assess the adequacy and efficiency of the compliance framework and the internal control system of the family physicians and community/social partners.
- Submit Daily Operational Reports to Director HSTG and to senior management on a periodic basis.
- To drive change management and manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes, in accordance to changes or updates in policies.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met to support the inspection and audit of standards, procedures and reporting framework by the GP clinics and Community/Social Partners to ensure continuous strengthening of the current operational processes.
- Assist to perform any other ad hoc project tasking and duties in support of HSTG.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- Preferably 5 to 10 years of working experience in stakeholder engagement, strategy formulation and policy/programme implementation with at least 5 years in leading a team.
- Experience in healthcare or operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work long hours / weekends and public holidays during operational peaks.
