**The Role**

With our commitment to deliver better service experience for our customers, we're seeking for a Knowledge Executive to join and contribute to all phases of the content lifecycle, from knowledge capture to maintenance/archival. You will work closely with different users to understand their daily experience, needs, and requirements and ideate on ways to improve knowledge workflows.

Some of your daily tasks are:

- Contribute to all phases of the content lifecycle, from knowledge capture > organize > creation > publishing > comms > maintenance/archival.
- Maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill levels.
- Work closely with knowledge users to understand their daily experience, needs, and requirements and ideate on ways to improve knowledge workflows.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders such as R&D, Product, Quality and Engineering to understand the current content ecosystem and create reusable knowledge to support new and existing products, features, and services.
- Leverage industry knowledge and business experience to improve processes.
- Communicate and work effectively with KM team, technical and other non-technical stakeholders

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, content creation or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional departments/teams
