**Our Client**:
An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a strategic investment firm based in Singapore. It focuses on supporting high-growth and innovative companies, primarily in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Company is currently looking to hire a Legal Executive to take on a pivotal role in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:
This role is based in Singapore, and you will play a pivotal role in managing full spectrum of Legal Executive & Administrative scope and act as a good support to Legal team of 5 on all legal matters.

**The focus of the role will be**:

- Oversee and handle all company secretarial responsibilities to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support and assist in the organization of board and board committee meetings
- Manage the storage of legal matters and documents, both physical and online
- Coordinate the execution of legal documents
- Maintain legal records, track checklists, and adhere to anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) procedures
- Offer administrative and general support to the Legal team

**The Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of company secretarial and document management experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred
- Ability to draft board and shareholders resolutions, and/or review simple contracts/NDAs is advantageous
- Motivated, meticulous, and organised team player with a commitment to excellence, a positive attitude, and an eye for detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear written and verbal communicator in English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and vibrant corporate environment
