**Position: Restaurant Supervisor / Senior Supervisor - Up to $3200 - CENTRAL/EAST**:

- **Location: Various location - central and east region**:

- **Working hours: 5 or 6 days and working hours (depending on roster)**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + 14 days of Annual Leave + Transport Allowance (after 12am)**:

- **Duration: Permanent**:

- **Industry: Food and Beverage**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure guest needs are taken care of and recommend promotional items.
- Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within outlet, in the absence of manager.
- Coach, train and manage existing and new staff.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Provide feedback to the manager on any operational issue.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Responsible for Inventory.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in F&B
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level.
- Food hygiene certification is an added advantage however not a must
