**Leasing Sales Executive**
- Full Time - Senior Rental Executive
- 2 years exp
- Customer Service, General Management, Sales / Retail
- $3000 - $8000 ( Minimum $3000 )

**The Job**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Provide customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
- Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
- Ensure high quality of cars and delivery standards
- Ensure we share the necessary customer documents with our partners and also ensure all partner documents are filed properly
- Manage aftersales of Customers including maintenance, servicing, insurance, replacement, accidents.
- Request and manage Temp/Replacement cars
- Delivery and collection of vehicles when required
- Collect and bring vehicles for servicing / inspection when required
- Request vehicle availability updates from Fleet Partners

**Requirements**:

- Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
- Class 3 driving licence a must, vehicle provided
- Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
- Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
- Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese as to liaise with our China base counterpart
- Experience within Car rental / Leasing is highly advantageous
- Passionate in cars and highly interested in the Automotive industry
