**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Operations Director and esponsible in managing the whole maintenance team 15.
- Ensure smooth operation and deliveries as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns to eliminate the likelihood of recurrence.
- Responsible for team performance management, training, development and lead all on site preventative maintenance activities.
- Upholding GMP engineering standards across site and continuous improvement of engineering ways of working to ensure improved equipment performance.
- Lead the implementation of autonomous maintenance deployment process across the site.
- Setup an effective Engineering planning function, leading the development of Job Libraries and codifying repair.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 year's experience in management of in leading engineering, project and maintenance management within food manufacturing industry.
