Manulife’s ambition is to become Singapore’s Digital Customer Leader, the Head of Acquisition and Engagement role is responsible for helping us significantly scale our ability in attracting new customers to Manulife and improving our engagement with existing customers to ensure we are with them at every step of their insurance journey so that we can make Every Day Better.
This role will be reporting the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Acquisition & Engagement.

**We are looking for someone**:
- A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 8 years in a marketing leadership role, with experience in evaluating and implementing initiatives to meet the organization’s strategic objectives
- Proven experience in building and leading ‘business as usual’ and project teams
- Experience in Digital Marketing across multiple facets such as paid advertising, SEO and platform management
- Experience in CRM / Marketing Automation platforms
- Advanced understanding and experience with ‘Digital’ and data driven design
- Understanding of statistical methods to facilitate targeting, segmentation, revenue generation, retention and marketing campaigns
- Understanding of Journey mapping, UX and UI design principles and best practices
- Experience of managing and delivering results with third party vendors
- Experience working in a shared services, delivery practice, COE or customer consulting
- Experience working with Agile methods
**On the job you will**:
- Design and deliver the overall Acquisition and Engagement strategy to help the company to achieve our bold ambition in becoming a Digital Customer Leader including managing and growing talent within the Acquisition & Engagement team.
- Build a robust Digital Acquisition capability underpinned by digital marketing and partnerships to help connect prospective customers with the advisors
- Build a robust Engagement capability underpinned by marketing automation and advanced analytics capabilities to operationalize personalized and relevant outreach to existing customers and distributors to driver higher engagement
- Manage digital marketing activity to ensure key ROI thresholds are being met.
- Own our Public Website (PWS), Behavioral Insurance (MOVE) and marketing automation platforms and deliver continuous enhancements to improve performance and experience
- Support our Bancassurance partners on Direct-to
- Customer and Online-to-Offline capabilities to continue to scale partnership success.
- Drive continued thought leadership on acquisition and engagement across the organisation.
- Work closely with regional and local stakeholders on initiative co-creation and delivery
- Overall budget and KPI management for the above responsibilities including management of various agency partners.
