**Role Summary**

The role is for the Geographical Head of the Financial Solutions Line of Business, Asia Pacific (ideally based in Singapore). The role will involve the strategic leadership of the FS Asia Pacific business.

Whilst the role is based in Singapore, the primary focus will be supporting the various FS LOB leaders and the Geographical leaders (countries and products) in the wider Asia Pacific region.

**The Role**

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Client Management
- Maintain and develop Key clients, primarily Banks and Financial Institutions
- Ensure excellent service to clients, including advice on structuring deals or new products, and consistent wording delivery

Market / underwriter relationship management and optimization
- Develop good working relationships and work closely with the main carriers in the region and their management if overseas.

Staff Management (direct line management and the team more generally)
- Recruitment, retention, and development of staff in the region
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the Line of Business GB and globally

Construct and deliver annual Budget
- Deliver the regional budget
- Understand the importance of global connectivity for growth of the global business teams and collaboration with industry initiatives
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products, services and solutions that the Line of Business offers to clients

New Business generation
- Delivery of the sales and marketing plan
- Representing WTW at various events (client webinars, events etc)
- Write and/or proofread product, or geographical thought leadership

Coordinate and collaborate with other WTW Divisions in the region
- Represent FS and collaborate with regional and global leadership as well as assisting and supporting the group Marketing teams, HR, compliance etc
- Develop and maintain good relationships with different parts of WTW as necessary to ensure FS adopt best practice, and we support regional strategies

Regulatory compliance
- Day to day compliance and managing our relationships with the MAS through our corporate legal and compliance functions

Development and implementation FS Strategy in Singapore
- Ongoing plan to deliver exceptional growth

Other
- Operate within Willis Towers Watson agreed policies, procedures and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach
- Singapore-based with requirement to travel to other locations as required.

- Past history of managing and successfully growing a business and delivering a budget
