_**JOB DESCRIPTION**:_
- Ability to understand business requirements and come up with a solution design
- Design, Development, and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Hands on experience in Implementing CSM and FSM implementation
- Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.
- Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensuring that architecture standards are followed.
- Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and teams from customer’s end

**Salary**: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
