**Requirements**:
**Partner Operations**
- Help to support partner programs in PS, works closely with PS partners
- Process Domestic and International PS purchase orders, invoices, and contingent worker workorders; research payments, run exception reports and general communication
- International may require multiple time zone coverage and working with multiple currency
- Hosts reoccurring meetings with selected partners to discuss partner statements and invoicing details
- Enter domestic work orders and maintain end dates for 500+ resources
- Communicates regularly with the internal departments (PMO, Compliance, Resource and Engineering Management) staff to confirm partner status
- Participate in and operate in alignment with rest of the partner team, while following established processes, and help improve and establish new processes

**GSC Business Analyst**
- Opportunity Review and Solution Guidance
- Presentation of information/findings to stakeholders
- Work with the Services Business Analyst to assist in the day-to-day activities of the Business Analyst role reporting to and working with the Area Director - Global Services Committee to ensure consistent execution of GSC across WWT.
- Timely Engagement & Communication - Opportunity Review Responses and IR Review Responses
- Work closely with WWT Account Teams and inside of Services to understand their business and trends for services to be delivered across the globe.
- Work with the Services Business Analyst on the Process & Tooling improvements in “The Deal - Global Services Interface” on behalf of the GSC
- Continue to refine the process to Filter Run Rate Opportunities & IR's directly to the SRC
- Review/Establish Standard Reporting Metrics and KPI's for Opportunities & IR's (Volume Opp & IR, Review Turnaround, Approval Rate, Win Rate)

**Partner Support**
- Work with local internal teams to identify gaps with the partner ecosystem in region.
- SRC & Proposal Team Support providing Bidding / Quoting / RFP Support and educating partners with PS Partner Management best practices.
- Participant in the initial review and prequalification of New Services Partners.
- Work with PS Partner Compliance, through the lifecycle of partner onboarding process.
- Work with Sales to solicit partner quotes and ensure business and technical accuracy and alignment to customer's services requirements.
- Ensure partner quotes/SOWs follow SRC best practices as well as international financial guidelines.
- Support the SRC with partner quotes and in region staffing requests.
- Evangelize partners capabilities and PS Partner program to all internal WWT Teams
- Ascertain additional staffing needs or business opportunities and an understanding of the customer environment, upcoming projects and client initiatives that WWT might be able to assist with.
